Faith-based support for infertility and the waiting season

Anchored in the Wait is a faith-centered app for women walking through infertility, IVF, recurrent loss, and the long, quiet middle of the waiting season. It is the place you open when the what-ifs get loud — during the two week wait, the night before a transfer, the morning after hard news, or the ordinary Tuesday when grief shows up uninvited.

It was created by Jennifer, a nurse practitioner who has lived this road, for women who are tired of being told to relax, to stay positive, or to trust more. There is no toxic positivity here and no promises about outcomes. There is honest company, Scripture that holds without flattening what you feel, and practical tools for the parts of this that are clinical and exhausting.

Who Anchored in the Wait is for

Women trying to conceive, women in fertility treatment or IVF, women carrying the weight of loss, and women whose faith feels both essential and complicated right now. If you have ever left an appointment unable to remember a single thing that was said, or scrolled a pregnancy announcement and then gone back to work as if nothing happened, this was built for you.

Questions women ask before joining

How do I stay hopeful during the two week wait?

Hope in the two week wait usually is not a feeling you can summon; it is something you practice in very small pieces. Anchored gives you a daily anchor, a grounding practice for the spiraling hours, and a room full of women counting the same days. You are allowed to hope and grieve at the same time.

Is there a faith-based infertility support community?

Yes. Anchored in the Wait includes a private, moderated community of women navigating infertility, IVF, and loss from a place of faith. Conversations happen in rooms organized by season, so you can find women in the exact part of this you are in without explaining your whole story first.

What do I get as an Anchored in the Wait member?

Daily faith-rooted anchors, calming tools for the hardest moments, journaling and mood tracking, the private community, and the Appointment Companion tools including FertiStory. Everything is included in one membership at $9.99 per month or $89.99 per year.

Can I join if I am doing IVF?

Yes, and much of Anchored was built with treatment in mind. There is support for stim weeks, retrieval and transfer days, the wait for results, and the days after news you did not want. The Lab Navigator and Say It Steady tools are especially useful when your calendar is full of appointments.

How is this different from a Bible study?

A Bible study meets on a schedule; Anchored meets you at 2 a.m. Scripture is central here, but it sits alongside nervous-system tools, community, and practical medical organization. Nothing requires you to keep up or show up prepared.

Do I have to share my story to be part of the community?

No. Many members read for weeks before they post anything, and that is a completely normal way to be here. You choose your display name and how much you say. Quiet company still counts as company.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Both plans can be cancelled at any time from your account settings, and you keep access through the end of the period you have paid for. On the annual plan, cancelling before day 7 of the free trial means you are not charged at all.
